FAQ

What type of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, check, and cash. 

How do we secure our date? 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid within 24 Hours after you sign the contract.

When is the remaining balance due?  Balance must be paid one week prior to the event date.

What if we would like to extend the time during the event?  The site attendant can add time up to ½ hour intervals. We would adjust the rate accordingly. 

Would I be able to close the photobooth during the event?  We have idle time at ½ hour durations.

My event is far away from Twin Cities - would you still provide service?  There is a transportation fee of $50 for over 25 miles from DPBS location.

Do we get instant prints? Yes, for Print booth and Deluxe booth package after each capture.


Do we provide props?  Props are included in every package. Please let us know theme of your event and we can adjust props to fit your event theme.

Do we do customize templates? Yes. We work with you on color, style, size and layout.

Are my photos going to be used on DPBS social media accounts? Yes, please let us know if you would like to keep it private and we will not do so.


When will we get the digital copies? We have a live album feature that uploads in real time. We send out a link right after the session ends. There is also a text and email option each capture that instantly sends out to the given number or email. USB drive with the files are available as add on.  The album will be available for 30 days online.


Is there a setup/takedown fee?   No, it is included in all packages.

Will there be any attendants available to help our guests? Yes, we will be on standby to assist and keep the area clean.
